Saving it to E:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\data\art\gui\portraits\companion as portrait_calisca_lg.png But just to be clear, this is exactly what I'm doing. I'm pretty sure I'm doing the correct thing, as I've custom portraits working for my player. Infact, I'm not sure if it's every companion, or just Calisca, because for the life of me I cannot get her portrait to change.
